After a heartbreaking loss to the Oregon Ducks, Head Coach Deion Sanders displayed true leadership. The 42-6 loss of his team came like a thunderstorm, but the influential leader did not let the defeat demotivate his team or the fans. No wonder his words of optimism and encouragement possess enough power to have a significant impact.

Sanders used his powerful words to address his fans as well. While some fans were disappointed and frustrated about the loss, some were understanding of the challenges, yet concerned.
