August 9 is a special day for Deion Sanders! This is the day when the Buffs HC turns 57. From his kids to his players, well-wishers, and coaches, lots of special birthday wishes are floating in. 

Deion Sanders has a lot to share on his Instagram story, as loved ones poured in their affection for him. He received heartfelt birthday wishes from his mother Connie Knight and his oldest daughter Deiondra Sanders. Coach Prime also received love from SMAC Entertainment and his former baseball team, the Cincinnati Reds, who posted him in the Reds uniform during his heydays. Even the Buffs’s new players have joined in the heartwarming gesture including their star 2025 class WR commit.

In his IG story on August 10, Quanell X Farrakhan Jr. posted a screenshot of him locked in a video call with Deion Sanders. He captioned it, “happy birthday coach.” In the post, they appear to be engaged in a hilarious conversation as they both had big wide smiles on their faces. Farrakhan video calling his HC only suggests how approachable Coach Prime is and depicts the love and affection that his players have for him. 

Quanell Farrakhan joined Colorado back in July as the sixth commit in the 2025 class. The North Shore HS star chose the Buffs over other powerhouses like Nebraska, Alabama, and Texas A&M. “Coach Prime has literally been calling my phone, begging me to be up there. I believe in what they’ve got going on,” he said. It’s no wonder how their relationship has kicked off to a good start and this special call is proof of it. But the biggest highlight of his birthday this year is the big revelation about Deiondra’s baby.

Deion Sanders gets his birthday twin

The cherry on top of Deion Sanders’ birthday is his revelation of the birth of Baby Que on August 9. During his speech addressing the media on his big day, he stated, “That’s how good God is, like God would choose me on my birthday, for my daughter, for my kids to have their first child, the first time I’m a grandfather, on my birthday. Do you understand how beautiful that is? How much of a blessing that is?”

As of now, there are no comments from Deiondra or Jacquees. But this could be by far the best birthday gift from a daughter to a father. Coach Prime now not only has a grandson to love and hold, but he found his birthday twin with whom he’ll be celebrating life each year.
