A lot is happening as the EA Sports College Football 25 video game makes a big comeback after 11 years. Available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Series S platforms, this game has taken the college football world by storm. From Colorado’s stars Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders competing in the game to an ex-NFL star voicing a hilarious complaint, it’s the whole package.

Eight days ago, former Cincinnati Bengals WR Chad ‘Ocho’ Johnson was scheduled to play against Quinn Ewers who would be playing on the Longhorns team. Ocho would play for his former team Oregon State, where he played his final college football season. But it looks like there’s someone else he wants to lock horns with.

It looks like Ocho has been wanting to take on Travis Hunter in the new EA Sports CFB 25 video game. But apparently, the former NFL WR hasn’t been able to fulfill his wish as his latest X post on July 20 suggested. Uploading a picture of his computer setup with the Buffs two-way star streaming his gameplay in one of the screens, he wrote in the caption, “Watching young boul @TravisHunterJr play CF25 & he ducking me.”

It would be interesting to see a game between Travis Hunter and Ocho who previously claimed in September 2023, “I was Travis Hunter before Travis Hunter.” The versatile player has the top ranking in the game at 95. But right now, it looks like Hunter is too busy trying to build a dynasty with Colorado in the CFB 25 video game. But this time, lady luck isn’t in his favor.

Travis Hunter’s negative outlook on Colorado’s O-line

Is there any truth to the saying that playing losing games makes people vicious? Let’s see it from Travis Hunter who recently lost a game against Shedeur Sanders by 40. The blow was so bad that he inadvertently talked trash about the Buffs’ O-line. And his three-word comment on Colorado’s offense put his reputation at risk.

Can’t block nobody,” that’s what the Buffs two-way star said and it didn’t sit well with the college football community. This seemingly harmless comment still portrays his immature attitude as he throws his teammates under the bus. In sports, there’s an unwritten rule that a player must not speak of their teammates in a negative tone, and clearly, Hunter broke that rule. But based on the Buffs’ poor offense last season, Hunter may just be speaking along the lines of truth. However, Colorado has revamped their offensive line this season with phenomenal additions. So, we’ll just have to wait and see if there will be any differences this year.
