In the latest piece of breaking news, Alabama’s offensive tackle got arrested. The youngster Elijah Pritchett was taken behind bars on the grounds of transferring an STD. Now, what makes things interesting is that the OL was on the team that was playing against Michigan during the playoffs.

Nick Saban, Alabama’s HC addressed the media and was asked about the player’s status. Pritchett was supposed to be on the flight to California and get to the game at Rose Bowl. With just four days out of the game, Saban could face a real headache about playing his strong side. He also answered the media regarding the player’s chances of featuring in the game. As per the disciplinary actions are concerned, the revered coach also replied with the media interaction.

The Alabama side has hardly made it to December without making any off-field issues. The latest is the arrest of Elijah Pritchett on the grounds of transferring STD.  Nick Saban was swarmed by reporters as he sat down for his recent media interaction. For the record, the matter is now being handled internally by the team members. The arrest took place on December 20th and since then has put a spell on the team’s playoff chances.
