In her recent Instagram post, Tracey Edmonds shared an inspiring video clip of herself performing a self-care routine, which she headlined “Daily Affirmations for a Positive Mindset.” The self-care guru did a favor for her followers by enlightening them with positive messages. Her quotes are as follows, “I am letting go of the things that don’t serve me,” “I won’t settle for anything less than I deserve,” “I surround myself with people who inspire me,” and “I let go of all my doubts and live in faith.”

Perhaps these are the messages Deiondra Sanders needed to hear as she left a like on the post. The 31-year-old is currently expecting her first child with partner Jacquees, and she’s doing all she can to achieve that Utopian state of mind. After all, she deserves the best self-care after what she had to go through publicly.

Like Tracey Edmonds, Deiondra Sanders knows how to rejuvenate her positivity by uplifting her mental health. She previously got into a public relationship scandal amid “cheating” allegations, which she described as “like mentally abusive death.” But she decided to be the mature one and left the drama after posting on X, “Sh*t does hurt but oh well. It happens to the best of us. But I can go up from there. Y’all can’t. I’m done with all this sh*t.”
