In a recent social media exchange of comments, Deion Sanders Jr., the chief social media manager of the Colorado Buffaloes, has had some harsh words for a critic targeting him. He defended an Oregon State player who had jokingly called hotel food better than he received at Colorado, downplaying the situation.

As per Bucky, all the comments were made in jest and did not require a severe response from GUCCE. The entire altercation started from a post claiming the Oregon player had taken a shot at Colorado, which was clarified by Sanders Jr. as not a serious take. The incident could’ve stemmed into a considerable controversy, but Bucky clarified it and called out GUCCE for his cheap social media tactics.

Bucky’s hostile reaction to Colorado content creator and defense of Oregon player
Deion Sanders Jr. took to Twitter to clarify that Quincy Wright, the Oregon State Defensive Linesman, had not criticized the food facilities in Colorado. He emphasized that Wright was talking in jest, not comparing hotel food with what he was provided at college. However, GUCCE or @LJSZN on X made an entire tweet with the video, not mentioning the player’s name but calling him out for disrespecting their Chef Solomon. He also captioned the post, saying, “Crazy how Colorado runs through the minds of individuals we don’t have to deal with.“
And I’m not talking to you @LJSZN. I know you just posting & getting your mentions and etc up… but I’m speaking to the fans. Bro was just playing.. He meant no harm by it.
That’s how we all play around & 🧢

While this issue was gaining unneeded attention from the Buffaloes fans, chief content manager Deion Sanders Jr. stepped in to handle the situation. As per him, “Bro was just playing. He meant no harm by it. That’s how we all play around.” He even went further to call out GUCCE by saying, “And I’m not talking to you @LJSZN. I know you’re just posting & getting your mentions, etc., up… but I’m speaking to the fans.”

This move by Bucky helps fans gain a broader perspective of the situation, which was misinterpreted by one of Colorado’s content creators, looking to expand his reach by covering controversies. However, it remains essential to know that in this day and age of fake news and unsolicited images and video, narratives often submerge authenticity and genuine intentions. While Wright might not have meant any harm, he could’ve been caught in the massive crossfire from the Colorado fans, spoiling his relationship with them, had Bucky not intervened. As he has not commented on or clarified the situation, fans assume he came clean to Bucky about his intentions of not being outright disrespectful towards Colorado.
