Under Ron Rivera, the team has a poor record of 26-40, with only one playoff appearance that also ended in a loss. As such, after 4 years of average performances, an obvious change in coaching is required, and the Commanders have set their sights on Harbaugh.

Several reports suggest that the commanders hired Bob Myers to help lead the hunt for their new coach, and as a result, Myers has reached out to Harbaugh’s agent, Don Yee, for a potential contract. But while these speculations continue to shake up things, it’s reported that Harbaugh has shown particular interest in the Chargers’ vacant HC position and is most likely to end up there after this season.
