That’s what my mother taught me.“

Considering raising a legend like Deion Sanders as a single mother, the comment rubbed Connie Sanders the wrong way. She defended her Prime Time son, saying, “I raised him right! I also told him to always be yourself, and if you have to kick ass, kick ass!“
