Being a Sanders kid comes with pressure especially if they share their father’s attitude of striving to be the best. Deion Sanders’ favorite kid fluctuates throughout the season, but this year, Shilo Sanders seems to be getting on his father’s good side. But Shedeur Sanders just got his chance to prove to his father that he can do better than his safety brother.

Shedeur Sanders prepares to take the spot as No. 1 son with Meta Quest 3

The Colorado Buffs QB is taking his skills off the grid as he locks himself in an enthralling VR simulation. In his recent IG post, he is seen rocking the new Meta Quest 3 VR headset along with Shilo Sanders as they lock in a VR fight. Shedeur Sanders captioned the post, “#QuestPartner We finally gonna find out which is the favorite son, @ShiloSanders And we got to relax and watch UFC in @XtadiumVR. Thanks for showing up, @MetaQuest!

The video was sponsored by Meta, a leading company that deals in producing quality virtual reality headsets. “Meta makes the best quality headsets I think,” Shilo Sanders said as he uncovered the surprise from Meta Quest. Coach Prime had previously labeled Deion Sanders Jr. as his No. 1 son, but given his recent antics, guess Shilo has the edge now, getting Shedeur amped up for the quest to be No. 1.

As Colorado’s star QB, Shedeur Sanders is usually in the spotlight when it comes to his father’s attention. But lately, he’s facing power struggles with Shilo Sanders who keeps ranking as Coach Prime’s No. 1 kid. One of the most remarkable things that Shilo Sanders did this season to reap Coach Prime’s favor is by completing two turnovers in the Buffs’ game against the Colorado State Rams.

The senior safety returned an 80-yard interception for a touchdown and forced a red-zone fumble in the third quarter. It isn’t every day that a safety enjoys such hype from a game. Deion Sanders’ pride for his son is revealed in his statement, “I’m a coach, but every now and then, during a game, I have a dad moment. And that was a dad moment, running down the sideline as (Shilo) was running down the sideline. That’s the most I’ve run in years.

It’s up to Shedeur Sanders to come up with ways of winning his father’s favor to reclaim his spot as the favorite son. With the latest VR headset catching his attention, we hope he’s a better fighter than his brother in VR.
