Shelomi can be seen playing with her mother’s face and necklace, while playfully attempting to gnaw at her cheek, which prompts Pilar to join in with the banter, calling Shelomi, “you filthy animal.” She added two captions along with the video, one describing Shelomi’s wandering hands, “her hands just don’t stop.” The other one said, “my pretty lil baby is my special lil baby.”
