The Sanders family resembles a music dynasty! And Shilo Sanders is the recent one to show off some musical skills. His dad, the Buffs’ head coach Deion Sanders, had a brief rap career in the 1990s with hits like Prime Time and Must Be The Money. Now, he’s trying to bring back a “24” version of Must Be The Money with the legendary Snoop Dogg!

But let’s talk about Coach Prime’s sons. Though they’re football players for the CU Buffs, their passion for music also runs in their blood. While they focus on the upcoming Big 12 season, these talented Sanders Bros don’t let their musical sides get dusty. Well, what’s the harm in having a side hustle?

On July 10, Shilo Sanders, the Buffaloes’ safety, showed off his skills on his Akai MPK mini keyboard in a video on the Well Off Forever’s Instagram page. Remember that time last year when his impromptu piano skills at a Denver mall went viral? Looks like Shilo’s still got some serious moves!

In the IG video, the Buffs’ safety seems to be in a recording studio, laying down some beats with his brother Shedeur Sanders by his side. We don’t see if Shedeur raps along as the video cuts off, but Shilo definitely seems to impress him with his rhythmic talent. Shedeur released his first single, Perfect Timing, in May. Though it got mixed reviews and didn’t break the bank (only making $876 on Spotify), hey, it shows his passion for music!

So, while both Buffs stars are making waves musically, their half-brother, Deion Sanders Jr., seems to be a bit further ahead in the game. Looks like music is truly a family affair for the Sanders crew!

Shilo Sanders & Co. elevate each other’s music

Deion Sanders Jr. is now the cheerleader and hype man for his brother Shilo’s musical journey. From impromptu mall performances to recording studios, Deion Jr. was behind the camera, giving his thumbs up for his “bro.” But Bucky has his skills, too! He’s been dropping tracks for years, with hits like Ossacin and IGGY. He recently performed for Snoop Dogg and landed a deal with Death Row Records, the legendary label that launched Snoop’s career. Talk about a dream come true!

But here’s the cool part: the brothers support each other’s music. Deion Jr.’s songs Kandy and Swim or Drown are rumored to be composed by Shilo and Shedeur, respectively. These guys are a team, lifting each other in the music scene. Could a family collaboration with all three brothers (plus Coach Prime) be in the works? Now, that would be something special and seems not so impossible.
