Following the Oregon loss, Smith raised his opinion that if Coach Prime had the opportunity, he would want to see him at his old alma mater, Florida State. Deion Sanders left an impression with the Florida Gators under head coach Bobby Bowden. So he has a very bright prospect of signing up there.

Stephen Smith continued, “I’d love to see him there or I’d love to see him at Texas A&M. That’s oil money down there. That’s oil money.” The 55-year-old sports commentator then shrugged and reminded the viewers that it was just his personal opinion and added, “I’m just saying.

Coach Prime came into the lives of the fallen Buffaloes when they were suffering from their 1-11 defeat last season. He took the reins and led the team to three consecutive victories against the TCU Horned Frogs, Nebraska Cornhuskers, and Colorado State Rams. He became a central media figure, with several sports channels covering him and Colorado.

Even after the sad defeat from Oregon, Deion Sanders shows his positivity. The former Baltimore Ravens two-way star said, “I’m so into what we do and what our opponents are doing and that’s what I’m into. I don’t really look outside these blinders.” This may not be the last we see of Prime Time.
