

Walker White, a four-star quarterback for Auburn Tigers said, “For me, I had an amazing visit at Auburn; my heart sank, and I pictured myself playing on that field.” Further, he added, “Yeah, this is where I want to play; it felt right; I’m at peace with it.” Walker explained his happiness by talking about the day he went to visit the Auburn campus.
Walker White was born on March 29, 2005, in Little Rock, Arkansas. His connection with football dates back quite a long time, with his great-grandfather and uncle, having played football at Arkansas. Additionally, his dad, who has been a source of inspiration for him, also comes from an athletic background.

Legacy of football in the White family
Walker White’s family has a
history of being razorbacks. With two of his brothers, David White, being a redshirt freshman of Arkansas, and another freshman infielder-outfielder, Zach White, being on the campus, White had been there quite often. Apart from his brothers, White’s great-grandfather Harold “Greasy” Rees also played on the same field, and his grandfather John Rees was a famous receiver who played from 1968-70 for the Razorbacks. A more recent family member of White who played there is his uncle John Aaron Rees, who was there from 2005 to 2008.

Career highs of Walker White
Walker White had an amazing career at Little Rock Christian High School, where he marked himself as a standout quarterback. During his senior year, he completed 2660 yards with 29 touchdowns while rushing for 837 yards and 16 rushing touchdowns. Additionally, he led the team to the Class 6A championship and contributed with his skills on the field. To sum up his high school stats, he completed 6837 yards with a massive 80 touchdowns and 30 rushing touchdowns.
After completing high school, he was recognized as the offensive player of the year and earned all-state honors. While in academic terms he recorded a 4.0 GPA, which showcases his abilities beyond the field. Right after enrolling at Auburn in January 2024, he started getting recognized at college for his leadership qualities and athletic skills. As he proceeds with the upcoming season, his family legacy and experience enhance his potential for success at Auburn and in future football endeavors.
