It’s not without reason that Shilo Sanders is the CEO of Headache Gang. This season, the defense is on fire as the Buffs’ safety displayed his speed and strength during the Buffs’ spring football practice. He even reaped awe and admiration from viewers who tuned in to Well Off Media with his impressive stunts on the field.

In one of the spring training sessions, Shilo Sanders tackled 320-pound OL Tyler Johnson and brought him down. And that’s not the only sick move that he executed this offseason. But even for somebody as strong and agile as him, some things in the past still come back to taunt you. See how the Buffs WR opened an old wound with another light-hearted alert.

Kaleb Mathis takes a jab at Shilo Sanders’ inability to hit him

In a recent YouTube episode on Reach The People Media, Shilo Sanders takes the spotlight as he reveled in the glory of messing around with his fellow teammates. The conversation around the table turned to speed and performance on the field where Shilo Sanders took the opportunity to troll offensive players like IOL Kahlil Benson for slow speed. But when WR Kaleb Mathis showed him a video where he beat Shilo Sanders in a game run, he was none too pleased. Mathis rubbed salt on his wound, saying, “Your daddy said you’re not allowed to hit me. You better care.”

So what happened was that after Kaleb Mathis showed a video of Shilo Sanders wearing a yellow jersey where he failed to tackle him, he told them to delete that video. After that, the Buffs safety said, “When I see a dude, I want to go full speed and actually hit you… When I do what I do, I make head hurt.” He went on to troll Kahlil Benson, saying he can tackle him and leave him drained at the end. Following this, Mathis, who recorded 6 total receptions for 38 yards, played Shilo Sanders’ own game and casually trolled him about hitting. But the 24-year-old defensive player has much to be proud of this offseason.

Shilo Sanders reaps Deion Sanders and Junior’s admiration with his impressive sportsmanship

The video that Kaleb Mathis showed might have put him in a bad picture. However, the 2024 spring football practice is going in favor of Shilo Sanders, whose athletic allure was captured on Well Off Media. In the video, he pursued 175-pound WR Asaad Waseem, who carried the ball and brought him down hard in the blink of an eye with his lightning speed and aggressive vitality.

His antics won the hearts of Coach Prime, who exclaimed with pride, “He’s sick, boy!!” Even Deion Sanders Jr. couldn’t hide how impressed he was when he said, “He’s not playing those types of games… Good!” Given the hype built around the Buffs’ offense with elite players like Kahlil Benson and Jordan Seaton and an added weapon in defense with Shilo Sanders in the lead, Colorado may be able to rectify the disappointment of last season.
