It was a storybook romance that unfolded on the football field and now transcends into a lifetime commitment. Pittsburgh Steelers star quarterback Kenny Pickett, and his beloved fiancée, Amy Paternoster, announced their engagement in April ’21, capturing the hearts of fans and admirers alike. Their journey began years ago when fate brought them together, and their love has only grown stronger.
“I’m tired of calling you my girlfriend… Here’s to a lifetime spent with the person I value above all else. I wouldn’t be the same without you because you help me become a better person. Steeler’s QB Had Hoped Taylor Swift Will “Forgive” Him
Excitement was in the air as the two-night event at Acrisure Stadium drew near. Fans were eagerly awaiting the performances, but there was one noticeably absent attendee. The 25-year-old Steelers quarterback had revealed that he couldn’t attend Swift’s show due to his upcoming summer wedding with fiancée Amy Paternoster.
“We’re driving home on Friday to get it all squared away,” according to a video shared on the Steelers’ Instagram page, Pickett had informed a reporter. “We’re only about ten days away, so I’m really pumped,” he expressed further.
When the reporter informed him of the scheduling conflict, he expressed his desire to attend one of Swift’s upcoming concerts. “I hope she can forgive us, but maybe we’ll be at the next one.”
