Serena Williams has been a long-time supporter of professional football. Her admiration for the league is well-known. Moreover, Williams, the tennis GOAT, can scent out some athletic greatness in sports. One of them being Ex-49ers QB, Colin Kaepernick, whom she believes to be a Lombardi winner one day if he got the chance.

As of this moment, Kaepernick is campaigning for a resurgence in the NFL. While the talks with the Seattle Seahawks didn’t move forward a few summers ago, the Las Vegas Raiders gave him the opportunity. The tryouts are in the rear-view mirror and expect some positive news in the favor of Kap. He may soon find his new dispatch location.

Serena Williams adorned the cover of Time magazine for an article about the inherent conflict that comes with becoming the world’s best tennis player and a parent. There were no taboo subjects, which would include Colin Kaepernick.

According to Sean Gregory, the author of the Times article, Williams seriously thinks Kaepernick has a chance to win the Super Bowl. But if an NFL team ever gave him another chance to play in the league. The reason for this is that he is determined.

Serena Williams, who already has met Kaepernick twice, believes he is happy even when he is not on the football pitch. She further claims that Kaepernick is not a beaten man as a direct consequence of his untimely exit from the Sports world. He is deeply committed to a purpose and is content with his life. He mentions, “He hasn’t lost his joy… Colin is happy with what he’s doing. Some people are different. He’s just different.”

The tennis legend actively participated in Kaepernick’s “10 for 10” challenging task, wherein celebs paired his $10,000 in charitable contributions. Williams ended up choosing the charitable organization, Imagine LA. While Kap works to bring that back, his humanitarian efforts remain consistent.
