Humans typically start their day by relieving themselves. But not Russell Wilson. The Broncos QB doesn’t want to waste any time of his day. He is constantly in battle against what are ‘wasted seconds’ in his day. And going to the toilet is seemingly one of them.

“It’s theoretically possible to design a diet and fitness routine so efficient that your body no longer creates waste,” Wilson said” My goal is to reduce my need to BM down to once a week. Right now I’m in a loading phase where I only allow myself to ‘make’ on Tuesdays and Thursdays,” the QB added.

“It’s really improved my energy levels and sex drive, plus the internal waste provides more cushioning against the violent impacts I see on Sundays,” he said, listing the purposes it serves.

Russell Wilson joined the Broncos from the Seattle Seahawks in March 2022. The trade deal included multiple players and future draft picks going to Seattle. The Bronco wanted to take their offense to the next level with Wilson. It hasn’t quite happened yet.

His Broncos debut came against his former team, the Seahawks. The Broncos lost 17-16. At the end of game week six, when Wilson hurt his hamstring against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Broncos were 2-4. The team has failed to score more than 16 points in five of those games. The fate hasn’t changed with Wilson sitting out as the Broncos fell 9-16 to the New York Jets. So now it is 2-5 and six games with scores 16 or less. This is concerning for Denver.
