The HC-QB duo of Matt LaFleur and Aaron Rodgers go hand to hand in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Ever since LaFleur’s arrival, the team has tasted a decent amount of success. The acclimation went well too. However, there was a time when the head coach had to face some harsh words from A-Rod during a play. But he also learned a lesson of trust in it.

Matt LaFleur appeared at Barstool Sports’ ‘Bussin With the Boys’ podcast and detailed a story of the QB1. The narrative indicated that his and Aaron Rodgers’ relationship opened with hard cussing. However, it also shows that the $250 Million man is a cerebral mastermind and is totally into the game.

Matt LaFleur mentioned, “We were playing Detroit, and they showed an all-out pressure look. I’m watching the play clock and it’s five, four, three. Mind you, he’s talking to [Robert] Tonyan. He’s having a conversation with Tonyan, and I’m thinking there’s no way he is going to get this ball snapped.” The HC adds, “He’s telling him what to do, and as the clock is hitting zero, he gets the ball snapped, and it’s probably going to be a walk-in touchdown. I don’t think he’s going to get the playoff, so I pop a timeout right before the snap. And he’s like, ‘GOD DAMNIT, MATT.’ It was a great lesson for me in terms of trust. He’s so aware of everything that’s going on, and he’ll get the job done.”

Matt LaFleur and Aaron Rodgers seem to be an excellent match as play-caller and QB, respectively. Moreover, the first-year Head Coach is currently known as one of the top offensive minds.

The Packers went 39-10 in the regular season under Matt LaFleur, winning three division crowns in a row. He now has a great term with the QB1, and they are getting ready for the new season.

Aaron Rodgers has put the entire NFC North under notice

The Green Bay Packers are tuning up the band for the regular season. The locker room leader had to deliver some words of wisdom. But an unapologetic Aaron Rodgers did so at the expense of the team’s NFC Rivals. Matt Schneidman revealed the remarks on Twitter.

Rodgers said that every year, all the other teams and their fanbase in the NFC North believe it is their time to conquer the division. But for the vast majority, it was not the case during his time. A-Rod has declared that it is time to be a freight train and run rampant over the others.
