Tom Brady has reached the next level of greatness. Despite being 44, he still performs and slings the ball just the way he did in his prime. It could be safer to say that TB12 cannot compare with anyone, as there is none like him. However, a Buccaneers legend has made the observation, and it looks fascinating.
Tom Brady is without a doubt, one of the best players in League history. His competition is intense, and so are his success approaches. Warren Sapp recently made an appearance with Vlad TV, where he touches on multiple topics. Among them was the moment when Tom Brady jumps the ship to Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sapp explains that joyous feeling and calls himself like a child in a candy store. But the former defensive tackle had something more to add by making a comparison of Brady with a kid’s storybook character.
Warren Sapp mentions, “I had him in my house underneath my neck. I was gonna get to take my mama down there to the sideline. I had the goose that laid the golden egg on my house. I was gonna walk my mother up to him and say hello. You know what this is… That’s Tom Brady… Come on, man, what’s better than that?”
Sapp’s emotions are obvious. He has every right to be enthusiastic because, prior to TB12’s arrival in Tampa Bay, the franchise never had a QB with multiple selections to more than one All-Pro team.
