The Philadelphia Eagles took on the New York Giants in the NFC divisional playoff on Saturday. And the Eagles brushed aside their opponents to progress to the NFC championship game. But more than the win, the Eagles center Jason Kelce made waves due to his gesture to an adoring fan. The NFL world went crazy after a video of Kelce signing a baby after the Giants demolition went viral.

The Kelce brothers have made a reputation off the field with their podcast. They talked about fans wanting their babies signed on their podcast in the past. And the fans saw it as an extension of that conversation.

The Eagles Center Jason Kelce signed a baby for a fan after his team stormed to the NFC championship game. No, not a literally alive baby. The NFL’s highest-paid center signed a doll on its forehead. And a video of him doing so went viral on social media.

Jason had said on the podcast that he would sign a baby if a fan wanted him to. And when the opportunity arose, he did just that. The Eagles have an excellent opportunity to make it to the Super Bowl this season. And their performance on Saturday just bolstered their credentials.

The Giants demolition 

The Eagles just didn’t give the Giants from New York any chance to spoil their run to the Super Bowl. The hosts came into the game as favorites, and they played like the favorites. They almost finished off the game in the first half with a 28-0 lead. The rest of it was just a cakewalk.

The Eagles QB Jalen Hurts threw 154 passing yards and two touchdowns through the air. The team complemented their passing game with a solid run game. Hurts himself scored a touchdown on the ground. And they ran more than they passed with a total of 268 rushing yards. The hosts won 38-7.

Jason Kelce gave a few talking points to his brother Travis with his win and the baby signing. The Chiefs won their game too and will play the AFC championship game. Will the fans get to watch the Kelce Bowl in the NFL this season?
