Aaron Jones shines against the Arizona Cardinals

While Aaron Rodgers’ all-round performance and his meme face took all the limelight, it will be an offense to overlook the contributions of his teammates. Especially the performances of Aaron Jones, AJ Dillon, Randall Cobb, and the Packers defense. But it must be said that Jones individually had a night to remember.

He completed 110 total yards from scrimmage on 15 carries for 59 yards. Moreover, he helped the Packers in controlling the tempo of the match with seven decisive receptions for 51 yards. The RB’s performance, combined with the stoic Packers defense, meant that the Cardinals had nothing to do but bide their time for mistakes. Thanks to a completely disciplined performance by the Packers, the Cardinals lost their flawless record.
