The quarterback recently appeared in an interview hosted by Men’s health, where he spoke about his passion and fulfilling day-to-day tasks. “It’s one of my favorite activities in the world,” Rodgers said about washing dishes by hand.

“I think meditation can get skewed at times like you have to go in some sort of trance and start om-ing or whatever, but I feel like I can go into a meditative space doing the dishes. I can also get it with an instrumental soundtrack going on, just sitting on my couch in the sunroom, without my phone on, just my eyes closed. Then I can also go into it, you know, practicing some Transcendental Meditation” he added, per Fox Sports.

Rodgers mentioned that the regular Om-ing stuff indulges him in 50,000 thoughts; however, keeping himself occupied by washing the dishes and listening to music helps him remain calm. Well, it turns out the passer has been behaving in contradiction to how an average American would love leading his/her life.

According to a survey conducted by DishFish, this activity is one of the most despised chores in the country. Americans would rather clean their toilets than clean the dishes because the sanitation stakes are high. And all the current tools are inefficient to make it shine in one go. Anyways, apart from his off-field pursuits, the veteran vows to concentrate on his 2022 season.

This year has been a tumultuous campaign for Rodgers in his professional career. His lowest-ever performance came out this year, and back-to-back losses nearly ended his playoff aspirations. However, the veteran is still confident to make it through.

“There have been multiple games where, over the years, we’ve been on the other side,” said Rodgers. “Fighting for playoff seeding. Teams have come in and done some really different things than we expected. But when you’re the other side, you’re got to do whatever it takes to win.” he added.
