It was another beautiful weekend for the Aaron Rodgers-led Green Bay Packers and their massive fanbase. The Wisconsin-based outfit registered their third consecutive win of the 2020 NFL season.
They comfortably outplayed the reigning NFC South champions, New Orleans Saints, by a 30-37 scoreline at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sunday night.
The Packers were without their star wide receiver Davante Adams, who was out with a hamstring concern. However, Head Coach Matt LaFleur utilized the likes of Allen Lazard, Aaron Jones, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling to terrorize the Saints defense.
But the man who stood out last night was 36-year-old quarterback, Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers leads the Packers to a 3-0 start after Sunday’s win
Aaron Rodgers was brilliant for the Packers once again as they comfortably beat the Saints. His stats speak for themselves. Apart from Seattle Seahawks’ Russell Wilson, we don’t see any other quarterback in the league bossing teams around the way Rodgers is right now.

Rodgers was asked about his team’s offensive performance on Sunday night. He replied saying, “Anytime you’re playing a Drew Brees team, you know you’ve got to score.” He further told Packers insider Ryan Wood that he feels ‘really good’ about the team’s attacking strategy at the moment.
Matt LaFleur has given the Packers a new identity in his second full season as Head Coach in the NFL. He now has a 16-3 record and remains unbeaten against the NFC North teams in the league.
The Packers face the hurting Atlanta Falcons in Week Four. The Falcons have been decent this year but have failed to register a win after three games. Things could have easily been different though, had things gone their way in the games against the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears.
Rodgers and Co. will be eager to add to their ongoing winning streak. Head Coach Matt LaFleur will surely be training his aim on the Playoffs after such a strong start to the season. Will Aaron Rodgers add to his Super Bowl tally this year? Never say never.
