The run defense of the Green Bay Packers performed poorly against the Philadelphia Eagles on their Sunday loss. The Packers could not stop Jalen Hurts’ team from bullying them. Even though Green Bay’s defense gave a subpar performance, the lead QB of the team, Aaron Rodgers, had completely opposite thoughts.

The game saw an injured A-Rod who was led off the field early. Fans saw Jordan Love throw a touchdown. But the men in green and gold could not stop Jalen Hurts and Miles Sanders from chasing them in the field.
Halfway through the third quarter, the Packers gave their opponents 256 rushing yards and an average of 8.8 yards per carry. Despite his team’s terrible performance, Aaron Rodgers had nothing distasteful to say about them. “I’m proud of our offense, proud of Jordan. You know, we moved the football basically most of the night…We only had like 40 or 50 plays or something and they had over 70. So that was the obviously a big difference, but we put up 33 points and battling against the number one…I think there’s a lot to feel good about. Obviously, uh, defense is going to, you know, not feel great about some of those things.”
Aaron Rodgers was down with a rib injury
The NFL MVP QB left the 40-33 loss in the third quarter. Rodgers had already suffered a fractured thumb early in October. And on Sunday, the team originally informed that the 38-year-old suffered an oblique injury.

But in the postgame press conference, Aaron Rodgers said that he hit his ribs in the first half, and in the third quarter, they tweaked. X-ray results were inconclusive and the QB will undergo further testing.
If the shot-caller is healthy, he wants to stay and play on the field. The Green Bay Packers are now 4-8, the worst they have ever been. They rank 11th in the NFC.
