While explaining the concept to Pat McAfee, Rodgers said, “I also was telling [Shailene], you know I’ve been with you for two seasons and won two MVPs, like that’s not a coincidence either.” He adds, “I mean that you know when your home life is stable and you have an amazing partner to do life with, it just makes the work-life a bonus. And it changes the perspective, cause able to not look at work like a refugee. Like how much more fun can I have at work now, now that this stress of personal life stuff is out of there? How much more enjoyment can I get out of work? What areas can I focus on to enjoy more? The bus rides, the meeting rooms, times to put your phone away and enjoy the locker room conversations. I think that’s a huge part of it.”
Rodgers and Shailene Woodley called off their engagement
Aaron Rodgers and Shailene Woodley looked like a dream couple. The Packers football star and a movie star seemed perfect together and for each other. But a few days ago, they called off their engagement.
The reason Woodley gave for the decision was the fact that Rodger put football before everything. She was supportive of Aaron’s career, but to her, Rodgers did not have his priorities straight. Seeing the statement he gave on the Pat McAfee Show, it seems like Rodgers does not hold any grudges and does not talk ill of his ex.
