Aaron Rodgers is going through a terrible NFL season of his career; however, that doesn’t stop him from defending the use of Ayahuasca and other Psychedelics. Although fans criticized him terribly, the NFL analyst Colin Cowherd backed the veteran and appreciated him for having a deeper understanding of life.
The Packers are currently progressing with a season record of 5-8, nearly ending all its playoff aspirations. Even though various factors played a role in this result, fans mocked Aaron Rodgers for consuming Ayahuasca and blamed it as the reason behind all these shortcomings. While speaking in the recent episode of Pat McAfee’s show, Rodgers justified his motives and revealed that the use of Psychedelics helped him tackle the fear of death. His statements fuelled the critics, and even more roasting online.

Meanwhile, Colin Cowherd had a brief discussion on this issue and backed the Packers QB for disclosing his private life and allowing the fans to contemplate his struggles.“I’d like to sit down. I like to have a beer with Aaron. He probably orders a Pinot or tequila. I’m more accountant. I will just order a beer. He once again allowed us into his life and into his head. It’s kind of fascinating,” Cowherd said before narrating Rodgers’ statements.

“I’m not sure where Aaron or I’m gonna go when I die. I am not sure if there is a passage. I’m not sure if Aaron just got really, really high. But everybody is different. And I will say this Aaron’s looking for a deeper meaning in life, and I can appreciate that.” He added. During the December 13 episode of Pat McAfee’s show, one of the panelists asked Aaron Rodgers whether he was afraid of death.

And that’s when the former MVP mentioned that the use of Psychedelics helped him get through that fear. He was scared of death, especially because of the ‘Y2K problem’ and ingrained the fear of 2000. However, Ayahuasca relieved all those stress and made him more of a compassionate and forgiving person.
