After grabbing a promising contract with Baltimore Ravens, Lamar Jackson has taken accountability to upskill the team’s performance. In a recent video posted to the Ravens’ official YouTube channel, Jackson was seen throwing the football around with some kids at a community event in his hometown. The good sign for the Ravens is, that quarterback Jackson is bonding with the newly added weapon in the team Odell Beckham Jr. as they need to be on the same page if they want to have success this season.

The fact that they’re already spending time together and getting to know each other signals us to an off-the-field brotherhood. Moreover, the brotherhood is already shimmering as the newly formed bond is making waves in the NFL.

Lamar Jackson taking it off with OBJ

The Ravens made a splash in the offseason by acquiring Odell Beckham Jr., one of the most talented wide receivers in the NFL. Beckham is a big-play threat who can take the top off of a defense, and he’s expected to be a major weapon for Jackson in 2023.

The two players have been training together in South Florida over the past few weeks, and they’re clearly building some chemistry. In a recent video posted to the Ravens’ official YouTube channel, Jackson, Beckham, and fellow wide receiver Zay Jones were seen throwing the football around with some kids at a community event in Jackson’s hometown of Pompano Beach, Florida. 

The Ravens’ official Youtube channel reported, “I think that means something this is their first year together they’re working together during this off time obj is traveling down to Florida for the workouts and the community event all of this shows their commitment to getting better on the field.” The entire camp looked optimistic about Jackson’s approach. Following this, the Ravens will be seen in a new avatar in the upcoming 2023 season.

The Ravens are hoping that Jackson and Beckham can form one of the most dynamic duos in the NFL. If they can stay healthy and connect on deep passes, it will open up the Ravens’ offense and make them a more dangerous team.
