Tom Brady mentioned, “Uh, not great. Yeah, it’s tough. It’s, uh, but we put ourselves in that position. So, you know, I’m not blaming people. You’re just trying to figure out how to do a better job, which you need to do a better job of.”

But Brock Purdy ruined the comeback. The rookie quarterback started for the 49ers and destroyed Tampa Bay’s defensive system, scoring two touchdowns.
