Eagles Star, Two Years Younger and an Inch Taller Than Deebo Samuel, Claps Back With Real Reason Behind “Troll” Behavior

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel was coming out of a tremendous 2021 season. Coming second in the NFL while averaging an impressive 10.0 YAC, it was clear that he was a dangerous offensive weapon for the 49ers’ arsenal. But when news broke of the WR requesting a trade, fans linked him with a possible move to the Philadelphia Eagles. But fate had other plans for the WR and both the franchises. Samuel decided to stay with the 49ers amidst his trade speculations, and the Eagles went on to sign Tennessee Titans WR AJ Brown to the franchise in a four-year $100 million contract.
Deebo Samuel, known for his physical prowess, was very well balanced by the Eagles as they brought in 6’1 tall AJ Brown to fill up that space. Then, recently, the Eagles crushed the 49ers 31-7 to move to the Super Bowl LVII finals. A new rivalry and bad blood started to form between both teams. Samuel recently talked about how the Eagles are now his most hated team, bringing in a response from the star WR of the Eagles.

During an interview with Complex, they questioned the 49ers WR about their 2022 NFC Championship game and loss to the Eagles. And Deebo Samuel has never been shy about letting people know what’s on his mind. Starting from his altercation with Jalen Ramsey on social media to labeling Eagles corner James Bradberry “trash” when he was inducted with Pro Bowl honors, Samuels has been a very vocal player. And the 27-year-old WR did exactly just that during this interview as well.

He stated that they lost to the Eagles mainly because they were down to 10 people on the roster. Deebo Samuels further went on to say that he’s ‘tired’ of all the trash talk coming in from the Eagles fanbase. Stating the Eagles as his ‘ most hated team’, the WR has just become very unpopular in Philadelphia.

The conference championship game turned one-sided when 49ers QB Brock Purdy suffered an elbow injury in the early stages of the game. While both franchises are regarded as two of the best teams in the NFC, Samuel’s opinion has led to AJ Brown coming up with a response for his vindictiveness against them.
AJ Brown calls out Samuel’s hate a ‘troll’

As Samuel continues to stir up the Eagles fanbase, AJ Brown took to social media to clap back at the 49ers WR after his comments during the interview sparked a flame. In his tweet, Brown called Samuel a ‘troll’, stating that WR knows how to rile up fans in order to spark a more heated rivalry between the franchises.

Losing the shot to play at a Super Bowl final will definitely upset any player in the NFL. But none of them will be as vocal as Samuel on the agenda. As the tension between the two teams rises ahead of the new season, fans will be waiting in anticipation for them to clash again on the field.
