Former Victoria’s Secret supermodel Gisele Bündchen is definitely an inspiration for many. Her work ethic, her lifestyle, and her unconditional love for her children are commendable. And as a turbulent storm grows over her relationship with NFL legend Tom Brady, an iconic comment from one of her past interviews deserves a revisit.

Tom Brady, 45, and Bündchen, 42, tied the knot in 2009 when Brady was still at the New England Patriots, and Bündchen was still a rising star. The couple has 2 children: Benjamin and Vivian.
Remarkably, Bündchen even considers Jack, Brady’s firstborn with actress Bridget Moynahan, as her “bonus child”, “[He made] my heart expand in ways I didn’t know was possible,” Gisele writes in her book ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.’
Coincidentally, it is an interview regarding her book that we take a sneak peek at. In 2019, Bündchen sat down with former monk and purpose coach Jay Shetty to talk about her book.

When asked about her greatest achievement, Bündchen says this: “I think the biggest achievements have been my relationships and I think my family is the biggest because they’ve been the biggest teachers in so many ways because they are the closest to me……., especially my children. I want to be the best possible version of myself because I know that whoever, however, I am being……. they kind of show me, ‘Right I think I need to work on my patience’, (they) usually bring a mirror (so) you can really see.”
Gisele Bündchen considers having a family as the greatest achievement
This is not the first time Bündchen has emphasized that family is and will be her biggest achievement. In a 2007 interview with ‘Hello!’ magazine, Bündchen reveals that her “greatest achievement” in life will be having a family.

Bündchen, admittedly, has shown remarkable patience throughout her relationship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers‘ QB. Right from when the news about Bridget Moynahan’s pregnancy broke out, Bündchen made it a point to stick to her loved ones and make things work.

But whatever may happen between Brady and Bündchen, one can be sure that her dedication to her family, especially her children, will not waver no matter the distance between them.
