9x Pro Bowler Russell Wilson experienced one of the worst experiences of his career last season while playing for the Denver Broncos. Notably, the Broncos signed the 34-year-old QB from the Seahawks for a record amount of fee. However, his first season was a disaster, as the Broncos failed to qualify for the playoffs. On the other hand, Wilson also faced problems with his knee throughout the season. As per a recent report by NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, Wilson has been suffering from a nagging pain, and he had to take drastic measures to recover from it.

Wilson got a lot of support from his teammates

Earlier, there were plenty of reports that Wilson had a sideline altercation with teammates. Then some other reports suggested that Wilson had his own private office and parking spot at the Broncos facility. However, his teammate, WR, Kendall Hinton, bashed all those claims and stood up with the QB.

Apart from him, another WR, Jerry Jeudy and RB, Melvin Gordon, also showed support for the QB and called him one of the best leaders and teammates ever. Despite all the controversies, Wilson seems to be committed to the Broncos, as 2023 will be a make-or-break season for him. However, fans think that Wilson is just making excuses for his dismal performance and want an easy way out.
