Veteran quarterback Tom Brady joined the Bruce Arians-coached Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2020 offseason. The 6-time Super Bowl champion ended his 20-year association with Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots to sign a 2-year deal with the Bucs worth upwards of $60 million (including bonuses).

“If I have seven rings, and I’m still going hard after another championship, the rest of you should be as hungry as ever. So I think that was a message, and that’s one of the strengths of Brady, his leadership, his intangibles, and this was an example of that,” Broussard said on the show.

The Buccaneers have a lot of players who will be free agents in the summer. The likes of Shaquil Barrett, Antonio Brown, Leonard Fournette, LeSean McCoy, and others all signed short-term deals.

In addition to that, Chris Godwin is also due for a new contract which won’t come cheap. It will be interesting to see how coach Arians and GM Jason Licht hold on to some of the core members from their Super Bowl-winning roster.
