Antonio Brown Once Got Stripped of $500,000 on the Sale of His $1.9 Million Mansion That Accomodated a 2-Story Treehouse

Former star WR Antonio Brown gets himself involved in prolific business deals now and then. With this approach, risks are bound to occur, and losses become inevitable. Similarly, in a sale of his mansion in Pennsylvania, the WR lost half-a-million dollars. Therefore, taking a massive dent in his asking price.

Brown’s massive mansion is 8,797 square feet. The home consists of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Moreover, the beautiful mansion has a home theatre, gym, sauna, and artificial turf field. It is a perfect athlete’s mansion, and the luxury speaks for itself.

However, that’s not all the mansion boasts of. Brown‘s mansion sits on a 3-acre land consisting of a two-story tree house with a bedroom inside. Additionally, it has floor-to-ceiling windows, a bar, a bathroom, a loft, and a living area. Surprisingly, the treehouse was on Animal Planet’s series Treehouse Masters.

How did Antonio Brown incur a loss on the sale of his mansion?

The WR bought the mansion for $1.9 Million. It is situated in the Pine Township, known for its luxury and posh residences. After purchasing the mansion, the WR spent a few additional seasons at the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, after decided to sell off this property with his trade to the Bucs. Brown faced an unexpected loss during this deal.

He listed the house for an asking price of $2.3 Million, a mark-up of over $400,000 from his purchase price. Unfortunately, he closed the deal by taking a hit of $500,000 and sold it off for $1.4 Million.

But this is not the only property that the WR owns. In addition to multi-million dollar houses, Brown is also a car enthusiast and has spent millions on a car collection. The real estate deal would hit Brown due to the unforeseen loss. The WR turned rapper should stay away from selling houses.
