Former head coach of the Commanders, Jay Gruden, didn’t hold back when discussing Daniel Snyder’s past decisions, openly labeling them “asinine.” This candid outburst has sent shockwaves through the sports community, again shining the spotlight on Snyder’s controversial choices.

Jay Gruden slams Dan Snyder

JPAFotball’s official Twitter account highlighted the entire scenario by writing, “Former #Commanders head coach Jay Gruden says Daniel Snyder would make “key decisions” about which players the team would draft and sign in free agency despite never watching the film.” 

The tweet was dedicated to Jay Gruden sharing his part of the story. Where Gruden shared, “He wasn’t experienced enough in the business to make those decisions. He didn’t put in the work. For him to pick a player in the draft is asinine. He didn’t put the work in. He didn’t watch the players. He didn’t go to the meetings. He didn’t go to the scouts’ meetings.

Gruden concluded the entire scenario by terming Snyder’s decision as “asinine”. However, times changed for the Commanders when Magic Johnson became the guarding party for the franchise. And the deal is worth $6 billion which is creating frenzy across the internet.
