He really likes Baltimore and the fans there because they show him a lot of love. “I just love everything about Baltimore, wonderful fan base, you know, even though I was getting DMs, like, people gonna miss me,Lamar said, as per the interview.

Some people had sent him messages saying they would miss him if he left, but he wants to stay because he feels like Baltimore is his third home, “I feel like this is my third home, because I count Louisville as my second home, just because I played there three years, and just the love they show, it’s like, genuine,” after his hometown and the college he played football for. He thinks of the fans as his own family and believes their emotions about the team impact their everyday lives. He wants to stay with the Ravens, win a Super Bowl, and see what other great things they can achieve together.

Lamar once confessed to leaving the Ravens

In a flashback of Lamar’s trade drama, on March 27, 2023, he went on Twitter and wrote a message expressing his love for the Ravens. This was interesting because earlier, he had asked the team to let him go and play for a different team. “As of March 2nd, I requested a trade from the Ravens organization for which the Ravens has not been interested in meeting my value,” the Ravens ($3.9 Billion net worth) did not think he was worth as much as he thought he was, per his Tweet.

In his message, Lamar said he wanted to talk directly to his fans and answer their questions. He said he’s leaving the Ravens because it’s best for his family, even though he knows the fans in Baltimore and Maryland like him a lot.
