In one of the essays, she emphasized overthinking and how it mentally affects a person’s overall development.

Gisele Bündchen claimed that people often deter from their path due to their negligence over reality. Instead of giving somebody else control of one’s life, people must determine their perspective and make wise choices.

The former Victoria’s Secret angel recalled her childhood when she used to get bullied and entered the modeling industry without knowing the language or understanding the work culture.

“If i had totally believed the bullies in my school or the people in the fashion industry who criticized my appearance, my self-doubt would have paralyzed me. Instead, I focussed my attention even harder on what I wanted to accomplish.” Bündchen wrote in her book.
