Saturday’s credentials are slightly lacking for the role as he has no experience coaching at a college or league level. But, Irsay seems to have plenty of faith in the new hire.

The Colts are set to take on the Las Vegas Raiders in their next game. After suffering a humiliating 26-3 defeat to the Patriots fans will hope their new coach will lead the way to victory.
