The value of professional athletes, whether women or men, is increasing in every sports sector. Those aged 25 and under, in particular, have had tremendous success. One amongst them is Josh Allen of the NFL who has surpassed the other young stars on the docket in terms of pay.

The sports business website, Sportico, reveals the top 100 best-paid athletes last week. From salaries, prize money, and endorsements, they collectively made $4.5 billion in 2021. However, a chosen number of athletes struck gold sooner. Twelve athletes under the age of 25 who have earned at least $30 million lived up to expectations.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who turns 26 on Saturday, is now at the top of the highest-paid under-25 list with $66.5 million. There’s also a guesstimated $4 million in sponsorship funds.

In March, the Bills gave him a $42.4 million alternative bonus as part of a six-year, $258 million deal he signed in August 2021. Inside the top 100, Sportico ranked him 15th all in all.
