While most NFL teams desire to get their hands on an unprecedented superstar, very rarely do they get an ‘unselfish’ one. Maybe this is where the Kansas City Chiefs got the luckiest nabbing Patrick Mahomes in the 2017 NFL draft. Heading into the offseason, Mahomes proved why he is elite, contributing to clear cap space for the team, and allowing them to make further additions to the roster.
