Tom Brady is preparing for his 23rd season appearance in the NFL. It will be his 3rd season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Despite playing for so long, the 44-year-old player is still going strong and has not shown any decline in his performance. Recently, the Chief of NBC Insider, Peter King, had predicted the upcoming season for Tom Brady.

Peter King while talking about Tom Brady, said, “I just, at some point, you can’t continue to be transcendent. And I don’t know when that is, and I’m not saying he’s going to take a huge step down.”

According to Peter, Brady has reached a level from where he won’t be able to give his best performances. Although, his fans love to watch him play and keep high expectations from him on the ground. But not in every season he can show consistency. He has been playing for a long time and should be ready for losses in the upcoming season. He also added that he is not aware whether Brady will step down any time sooner.

In the last season, Tom Brady threw for 5,316 yards and had 43 touchdowns. He was a leader in both passing yards and touchdown passes in 2021. He is also the 2nd quarterback after Drew Brees to have recorded multiple 5,000-yard campaigns. In 2011, he threw for 5,235 yards when he was with the Patriots. Also, Brady finished the last season with the 3rd highest passing yardage in the whole NFL history.
