In her book ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life’, she said, “When I think back on that moment, and that twenty-three-year-old girl, I want to cry. She is so young, it almost breaks my heart. I want to tell her that everything will be right-that she is too young to have any perspective or self-awareness., that she hasn’t even begun to live her life. Up to that point, I’d always thought of myself as a happy, strong, positive, confident person. I wasn’t born having panic attacks. I genuinely appreciated every blessing in my life.” Gisele talked about how from the outside it looked like she had everything in life. From a good career to loving parents to great friends, everything that a person could ask for. But anxiety doesn’t discriminate, and it didn’t with her as well.
