The relationship between Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews gives the couple goals. Their history as a couple dates back to when they were in high school in Texas. They have been together ever since. Both of them have an athletic background. Brittany excelled as a collegiate soccer player and competed at an international level. Patrick went on with football and became one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.

According to Republic World, some Twitter users fished out a few of Brittany Matthews’ old tweets. They discovered a since-deleted tweet about Tom Brady that showed Matthews was, in fact, a supporter of TB12 or the New England Patriots. However, some people have also doubted the factual accuracy of the tweets.

Matthews allegedly said that Tom Brady was “too pretty to be getting sacked” in a deleted tweet that some Twitter users claimed to have seen. She also praised Brady in another deleted tweet which read “Come on, Brady!!” Brittany Matthews has been a polarizing figure for some of her shenanigans. It may look like natural support for one of the most successful quarterbacks in the history of the NFL. But the Chiefs enthusiasts might see the deleted tweets with a different perspective.

In 2021, Tom Brady and the Buccaneers came off a stellar victory over the Chiefs. It was a heart-wrenching loss for the then-Super Bowl defenders. After the Chiefs’ loss, ESPN put up a snippet of Patrick Mahomes from the game. His facial expression appeared crushed and deserted. Although, the picture had no caption. Mahomes’ frontal expression did the talking, anyway.

Brittany Matthews, the wife of Patrick Mahomes, responded to the ESPN tweet. She made sarcastic suggestions that she enjoyed the reaction and the encouragement it provided to one of the top NFL players. She mentions, “Cool ESPN, love the support of a major sports platform for one of the best players in the league…” While it might have seemed unnecessary, Brittany was supporting her husband. The Super Bowl LV loss was his first playoff defeat since the 2018 loss at the hands of the Patriots.
