The current relationship between Tom Brady and former Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians is one of the most heated topics. A series of events- including Brady coming out of retirement and Arians leaving his job abruptly, led the fans to speculate several theories surrounding a potential dispute between the duo.
However, the 69-year-old reiterated that the QB-coach relationship is still intact and never daunted. Arians even addressed Brady as a “12-year-old” in one of his recent interviews.

While talking to KDKA-FM this week to promote a football camp in Pittsburgh, Arians was asked to revisit his last days inside the BUCS locker room and talk about his alleged “controversy” with Tom Brady.
Without a second thought and a burst of laughter, the Super Bowl-winning coach said that “people loved to talk about it.’ He quashed all the rumors firsthand and asserted the greatness of working alongside Brady.

“Tom is fantastic. He is one of those guys, he wants everything answered before he takes the field. You don’t leave a stone unturned in his preparation. He comes to practice like he’s a little 12-year-old kid with a smile on his face. He’s joking, he’s competing non-stop.” Arians said on the show.
The veteran also explained how Brady is different from other quarterbacks in the pro football league. “I remember a two-minute drill, I said it was incomplete, and he threw his helmet and kicked the ball across the field. He loves to compete. … Tom is a unique cat. I loved the interaction, watching the rookies. Especially the young receivers coming up to him. And (Brady) taking them under his wing and making them better.” he added.

It was Arians’ habit to cuss everybody he mentored during his coaching career, and it was all part of his behavior. Apart from this, Brady and Arians maintained a phenomenal relationship.
Licht clarified that as per his conscience, nothing has happened as such leading Bruce Arians to leave his job. He called all the allegations baseless. Currently, Arians are working as a senior consultant in the front office.
