Tom Brady is one of the greatest to ever play this game. Despite him being in the latter stages of his career, Brady is still playing at the highest level.

Leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the Super Bowl in his debut season with the franchise, Brady really earns his rep. The veteran will play his record-10th Super Bowl game this Sunday and hope to win his 7th ring.

Buccaneers’ DC Todd Bowles gave an interview recently where he praised the presence of Tom Brady. He believes that Brady’s best attribute is his ability to get others involved.

This was the quality he highlighted over his drive to be better and his work ethic. Bowles added that Brady makes all his teammates superstars.

“This may sound crazy, but the biggest thing I found about Tom other than his work ethic and his diligence and his precision to be the best, he makes everyone feel important and feel like superstars.

“You have superstars that sign autographs and walk, you got guys that be to themselves.”

Bowles added that Brady has a great sense of humor and no ego. Furthermore, Brady allows his teammates to feel like they bring a lot to the table.

Brady has a great ability to keep people involved and does a great job at maintaining harmony. Bowles praised Brady for being a great person before being a great player.

“He can laugh at himself. By the time you’re done talking to him, you feel like you’re helping him rather than him helping you. His people skills are outstanding.

“The way he includes everyone in everything they do, and combines it into football, into what they do is like nothing I’ve ever seen. A person outweighs the player in football and he’s a great, great player.”

Bowles further mentioned that the presence of Brady has allowed the rest of the team to grow. There has been an improvement in all aspects of the Buccaneers’ activities, and the credit goes to Brady. He noted that Brady’s kind nature off the field makes him an even more valuable asset to the team.

“So I think it has helped a lot of guys on our team become professionals. I think it has helped them train better, see the game better, I think it has helped them focus better, on the other side of the ball.

“And I think what he brings to the table from that you can’t pay enough money for. And the fact that he is a great player, and he can throw a ball on makes him extra special.”
