During the post-game press conference, Josh Allen was in a walking boot. The franchise quarterback does not know the seriousness of the injury yet. “Honestly, I’m not quite sure,” said Allen. “I guess we’ll do some more tests on it tomorrow. But I finished the game on it, so I don’t think it’s gonna be a big deal.”

The Buffalo Bills are hopeful that the injury is not very serious. But for the time being, they will make sure Josh Allen’s ankle gets proper care and rest. The team will have to rely on their second quarterback, Mitchell Trubisky. They expect him to make reps in practice soon and start in the next game against the Carolina Panthers. The Bills have some big games coming up, and they need a strong offensive lineup.
