Amon-Ra St. Brown is on everyone’s lips. The WR has taken day 1 of the NFL season by storm! In a game that saw the Chiefs making several lapses within their defenses and also making errors with their offense, the Lions were quick to capitalize.

Kadarius Toney fumbled a pass in the second half, and the ricochet landed like a boon into Brian Branch’s hand. Branch took advantage and recorded a smooth 50-yard touchdown to get back on level terms. Despite Patrick Mahomes’ best efforts, a certain jersey no.14 catapulted the Lions to their first win of the season.

Caleb Williams showers praises on Amon-Ra St. Brown

It’s hard to single out one play or a player that contributed to the victory. However, the credit for the win could be given to Amon-Ra St. Brown. Playing only in his third season with the side, St. Brown went all out in a wonderful spectacle of the game! He drew applauds and praise from analysts and teammates alike. Even one of the USC players couldn’t keep his eyes off the game and pointed out how the WR performed. Caleb Williams, the Trojans QB, had a special two-worded message for the player. He shared an Instagram story, captioned “Lil Ra” and shared Detroit’s highlights.

Williams, who’s already being compared to NFL legends, seems to be closely following the game. His acknowledgement seems justified as Amon-Ra is looking in sublime form, going forward into the season. Now, after drawing special mention from Williams, the 2022 Pro Bowl winner would try to better his performance and looks determined in his cause.

Amon-Ra St. Brown continues his merry run

It’s an Amon-Ra St. Brown’s world and we are just living in it. The 23-year-old WR came out all guns blazing in the season opener against the Chiefs. While many analysts believed that Kansas City would get the upper hand, it was the USC collegiate that stole the limelight.

He scored the first touchdown of the 2023 NFL edition. Brown made a staggering 9-yard reception during the 3rd and 6th. Furthermore, he received a terrific pass from the team’s QB Jared Goff and the WR took care of the rest. Amon-Ra has been on a roll since last season. His stats last year were impressive as he accounted for 106 catches while covering 1,161 yards.
