In the Sunday Night Football matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Patrick Mahomes and Co showed that they were the better team. A stellar performance from the lead QB of the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes, showed and humbled the squad of Todd Bowles. Bucs lost with a score of 41-31. This marked the first time that Tampa Bay allowed the most point to any team since Bowles took over in 2019. Amid all the hollering, this moment involving the number 15 stood out the most!

The Chiefs played at the Raymond James Stadium; the same spot where they lost the Super Bowl LV against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Naturally, they had to take revenge against the Pewter Pirates. In the sold-out stadium, he could complete 23 of 37 throws for 249 yards, three touchdowns, and one late-game interception thanks to his agility and mobility. And the throw that got LeBron James so excited saw a childish side of Patrick Mahomes.

The game saw a revived young QB. Even the NFL GOAT Tom Brady accepted Mahomes as an exceptional player to watch. However, they fight on different ends. For Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady completed 39 of 52 passes for 385 yards and three touchdowns without a pick (2-2).

Mahomes set an NFL record by passing 20,000 yards in fewer attempts than any other player while scoring touchdowns of 16 yards to Travis Kelce, 1 yard to Edwards-Helaire, and 10 yards to Jody Fortson.
