As a result of this, Chris Broussard and Rob Parker, hosts of The Odd Couple on FOX Sports Radio, specifically Parker express his strong disdain for Tom Brady.

Even former QB and HOF, Troy Aikman expressed that he wouldn’t rule out such a scenario, mentioning Brady’s familiarity with the head coach and the offense, although he believes Brady is done playing. Aikman stated- “I wouldn’t rule anything out. He [Brady] obviously you know has a relationship with the head coach. He [Brady] knows the offense he’ll keep himself in great shape.”

Aikman detailed his thought- “I’m a big Jimmy Garoppolo fan so I’m really pulling for him, but you know I would bet that just nothing’s off the table as far as you know what may occur during the season or what Tom’s role may be uh I think he’s done playing but you just never know those things kind of just happen out of nowhere you don’t really predict them.”

Rob Parker initially found Troy Aikman’s comment about Tom Brady’s retirement to be inappropriate.
