After giving a brief stint with Philadelphia Eagles and Indianapolis Colts, Carson Wentz is playing in his first year with the Commanders. And clearly, he didn’t have a great start to showcase, which drew criticisms from all across the NFL world. Above all, the quarterback has insinuated a new reason for the fans to worry about a bicep injury.
On Thursday, the Commanders will face the Bears in Week 6 of the 2022 season. Already they are much behind other NFC East teams with a 1-4 record compared to other teams in the division who are 4-1 or better.

He incurred a bicep tendon injury during the last home game against the Titans on Sunday. Subsequently, the Commanders listed him for limited participation on Monday and Tuesday’s report. However, the following day his status was upgraded to the full participant and removed from the final injury report.
Although it doesn’t mean he is completely fit. According to the latest revelations by NFL insider, Tom Pelissero, “Wentz is not 100%, but he’ll start tonight against the #Bears and then try to heal up with extra rest coming off the Thursday night game.”.
He is still sore but will contribute to the game and improve their season record if they wish to keep playoff aspirations alive. The only relief for Wentz is that his next game is ten days later against the Packers.
