The team’s owners, the Kraft family (mainly Robert Kraft), have decided to donate $1 million to “local grassroots organizations fighting for equity, working to end systematic racism, and creating meaningful change in our community.”
The organizations will be chosen in collaboration with Patriots’ players. Then, they shall be invited to speak to executive staff and senior management across businesses of The Kraft Group. Consequently, this will allow employees and other associated persons to learn about the work of the organizations and continue to grow in knowledge and awareness. Above all, the exercise might prove especially beneficial for those in leadership positions.
